YSR Navasakam: వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం is a digital portal-based initiative launched in 2019 by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy. It aims to simplify and make transparent the beneficiary identification, eligibility check, application and payment process under various welfare schemes (pension, ration, Arogyashree, etc.). 

The basic objective of this scheme was to provide 10 welfare schemes to every household. That includes all the processes from identification of eligibility, outreach, service delivery and social verification.

Schemes Included Under YSR Navasakam AP

A total of 10 important schemes are included in this campaign (వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం):

1. YSR Cheyutha: Financial assistance of ₹75,000 is given to women aged 45-60 years over four years.
2. YSR Pension Kanuka: Monthly pension to the aged, widows, disabled and other eligible citizens.
3. YSR Navasakam Aarogyasri: Free health insurance up to ₹5 lakh for treatment of serious illnesses.
4. Amma Vodi: ₹13,000 per annum assistance to mothers for the schooling of their children.
5. YSR Kapu Nestham: Financial assistance of ₹75,000 to women of the Kapu community.
6. YSR Sunna Vaddi: Interest-free loan facility to women’s self-help groups.
7. YSR Nethanna Nestham: Financial assistance of ₹24,000 per annum to handloom weaver families.
8. Jagananna Vidya Deevena & Vasathi Deevena: Reimbursement of tuition and hostel expenses of students.
9. YSR Vahan Mitra: ₹10,000 annual assistance to auto, taxi and cab drivers.
10. YSR Rice Card: Providing ration to poor families at subsidised rates.

Highlights of the Navasakam Eligible List

• This list is prepared at the village/ward secretariat level.
• The eligibility of the beneficiary is determined on the basis of a door-to-door survey.
• After eligibility, the name of the person is included in the list.
• Separate lists are released for all schemes like pension, Arogyasri, Amma Vodi, Vahan Mitra, etc.
• This list can be viewed online on the Navasakam AP gov in login (నవశకం login).

How to Check AP Navasakam Eligible List?

1. First of all, open the Navasakam website and do navasakam .ap gov in login.
2. Click on the “Know Your Secretariat” option on the homepage.
3. Select your district, mandal, and village secretariat from there.
4. Download the list of your secretariat and find your name.

The documents below are generally required for applying under various sub-schemes (like Amma Vodi, Aarogyasri, Pension Kanuka, etc.) of the Navasakam scheme (వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం):

YSR Navasakam Portal Functioning

• First of all, the beneficiary has to visit the navasakam.ap.gov.in portal.
• Username, password and captcha have to be entered to login to the portal (ysrnavasakam login).
• Beneficiaries can check eligibility as per their scheme. In West Bengal, Students from minority communities can also apply for the Aikyashree Scholarship to support their education.
• After eligibility confirmation, the online application form has to be filled out.
• All the required documents have to be uploaded during the application (eg, Aadhar card, ration card, bank passbook, etc.).
• After submitting the application, the beneficiaries can track their application status online.
• The facility to register a Grievance Application, i.e. complaint, is also available on the portal (వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం).
• Beneficiaries can also check the Navasakam Grievance Application Status of their complaint on the portal.
• Information about the village/ward secretariat is also available on the portal so that people can find out their nearest office.

YSR Navasakam Beneficiary Management Portal Features

1. Door-to-Door Survey System: Volunteers visit every house and collect social, economic and personal information of the family.
2. Scheme-wise Beneficiary Identification: Every beneficiary is linked to the relevant scheme (eg, Amma Vodi, Aarogyasri) as per their eligibility.
3. Draft List & Social Audit: The preliminary beneficiary list is made public in the Gram or Ward Sabha, and objections are taken.
4. Digital Beneficiary Database: The data of the beneficiaries is securely uploaded on the portal (వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం), accessible through the NBM login by authorised officials.
5. Unique Beneficiary ID Card: Eligible citizens are given a unique ID card, which is mandatory to avail the benefits of the schemes.
6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism: Left-out or misclassified citizens can complain to the portal or the secretariat.

Scheme Status Tracking: Every beneficiary can see on the portal (వైఎస్ఆర్ నవశకం) which schemes he is eligible for and which benefits they have received.
